Riviera House Hotel Kyiv

My recent stay at a hotel in Kyiv was really good. The room, though not very spacious, was nicely furnished and clean. The bed provided excellent comfort with soft pillows that allowed for a restful night's sleep. The towels were new and in great condition. The hotel's location was fantastic, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The breakfast offered a decent selection, although it could have been a bit better. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi and organized a reliable taxi service to the airport. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Kyiv.

The hotel is perfectly located in a reasonable district, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars. It's right at a subway stop and close to the funicular, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom that includes a separate shower and bath. The staff is professional and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, and the hotel has a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy beautiful views of the river from the hotel.

The internet connection can be slow at times, which can be frustrating for guests trying to use it for work or leisure purposes.

Great hotel location, helpful staff, fast room service, kind reception, great breakfast, enjoyable restaurant.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Big room with whirlpool. Helpful reception staff. Nice rooftop bar and spa. Fruits as an apology for delayed service. Great location near attractions.

Cleanliness was great, with rooms and common areas impeccably maintained. Hotel facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped gym and a fantastic rooftop restaurant with fine views. The location in the Podil neighbourhood was perfect, right on the river and surrounded by great restaurants. being next to the funicular made it convenient to explore this city easily. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The staff were friendly, committed, and always ready to offer assistance.

Upon arrival at this hotel, I was greeted with friendly staff and offered an exclusive room that exceeded my expectations. the room was well-equipped, with luxurious amenities and a comfortable bed. the Spa & wellness centre was particularly impressive, with a range of treatments available. the bar/lounge area was also a highlight, offering a wide selection of drinks in an inviting atmosphere. the hotel's location provided easy access to many of the city's top attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring.

While overall I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the only minor issue was with the restaurant. Although offering a fine-dining experience with exceptional cuisine, the limited menu options could be expanded.
